Official Giveaway Rules – Cabana Lotion & Soap Duo Giveaway

Sponsor: IGC Skin & Scent LLC dba Cabana. (“Sponsor”)

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
 Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. ELIGIBILITY:
 Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of IGC Skin & Scent LLC dba Cabana, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
 The giveaway begins on 5/6/2025 and ends on 6/6/2025 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

  • Like the giveaway post on Instagram
  • Follow @cabanaoasisjax on Instagram
  • Tag at least one friend in the comments (each tag = one entry)
  • Optional: Share the post to your Instagram Story and tag @cabanaoasisjax for 5 bonus entries

5. PRIZE:
 One (1) winner will receive a Cabana Lotion & Soap Duo in the scent of their choice (based on availability). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $54.99.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Winner will be announced via Instagram Stories and contacted via direct message on 6/7/2025. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

8. RELEASE:
 By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram and IGC Skin & Scent LLC dba Cabana from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
